Letting Fee £1000 inc Vat – This inc- Marketing the property on relevant online portals
- Erecting a “To Let” board (where applicable)
- Accompanied viewings
- Tenant application processing
- Referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Preparation of the tenancy agreement
- Collection and processing of initial rent and tenancy deposit
- Advice on property presentation and refurbishment requirements
- Optional Additional Service Preparation of an inventory is charged at £250.00 inc Vat
Fully Managed Service
Letting Fee Up to £700.00 inc Vat plus management fee of 15% inc Vat Includes all services within the Let Only package, plus:- Monthly rent collection and landlord statements
- Transfer of rent to Landlord account
- Rent arrears monitoring and managment
- Arrangeing an EPC certificates where required
- Serving notices where required
- Utility notifications and updates
- Arranging repairs and maintenance
- Arranging annual gas safety and electrical certificates
- Holding keys throughout the tenancy
- Interim property inspections at landlords request
