Letting Fee Up to £700.00 plus 10-15% management fee inc Vat

Let only Service plus:

Monthly statement of account
Ongoing rent processing and transfer monies to the Landlord account
Arrange an EPC certificate
Preparing and serving notices where required
Provide tenant with method of payment
Demand, collect and remit the monthly rent
Deduct any pre – tenancy invoices
Update all utilities
Interim property inspections at landlords request
Arrange routine repairs
Arrange an annual gas safety and electrical certificate
Hold key throughout the tenancy
