Someone from our sales team will arrange a visit to view the property and agree an accurate market appraisal. Understanding the local Property market is paramount to agreeing a true and honest valuation. We can also help you to find your next home.
Once we agree a price to sell at, we will produce a sales brochure of your property which includes all the property details, high resolution photographs, EPC and floor plans.
We can then market the property by advertising the property online for maximum exposure, arrange for a for sale board outside the property and send it to our waiting list of clients.
